OneSchool Global’s unique learning model has culminated in some fantastic 2021 Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) results for students.

Despite an incredibly difficult year punctuated by pandemic and lockdowns, OSG Victoria’s average ATAR results rose by nearly 6 per cent and OSG also jumped up the school rankings.

Several students did especially well, including two achieving perfect scores of 50.

Liam Chippindall achieved 50 in Geography as did Matilda King in Year 11 VET Business Studies.

Liam also achieved OSG Victoria’s best ever ATAR score of 98.85.

OSG Regional Principal Simon Beaumont said he was proud of all students, staff, families and volunteers for their efforts through a challenging year.

OSG’s unique ‘learning to learn’ model, which uses a blended face-to-face and online learning and teaching framework placed the school and students in the best possible position during the pandemic.

Over 15 per cent of OSG Victoria’s final year students scored ATARs of over 90, placing them in the top 10 per cent of the state and close to 40 per cent of students scored ATARs over 80, placing them in the state’s top 20 per cent.

OSG is one of the world’s largest and most comprehensive, truly global schools. With over 9,500 students, over 120 campuses and over 2,000 staff and volunteers operating across 20 countries.

OneSchool Global has adopted a self-directed approach to learning where it is the student who takes both the initiative and the responsibility for their learning.

The self-directed journey is one in which students learn to think critically, to process information perceptually, to analyse data accurately and evaluate situations intelligently in order that they fulfil their true potential.

OSG’s learning centres are highly modern and embrace technology to deliver the best possible learning outcomes for students.

OneSchool Global Schools share a close relationship with the Plymouth Brethren Christian Church. The School is strongly supported by volunteers from the Church Community.
